Norwegian death-punks Turbonegro return to Australia this December appearing at the Meredith Music Festival and for headline appearances at The Hi-Fi in Sydney and Melbourne. It is the band’s second visit to Australia and their first since 2003.

Pennywise have cancelled their upcoming tour due to the back problems being suffered by Zoli Teglas. Soundwave Touring's AJ Maddah broke the news on Twitter yesterday afternnon with: “Oh Feck! Pennywise tour dates postponed. Dude’s done his back. Can’t get on plane. New date tba.”

Lagwagon have been on an absolute tear since the deluxe reissues of Duh, Trashed, Hoss, Double Plaidinum and Let’s Talk About Feelings late last year. 2012 has been an endless trek with non-stop touring through Canada, Europe, and the upcoming US Fat Wreck Tour in October. As if that weren’t enough, now they’ll be making a trip to Australia in November as well.

The second installment of bands have been announced for SOUNDWAVE 2013 with SLAYER joining the festival. Other highlights include Sick Of It All, Polar Bear Club, Fucked Up, Gallows and a debut visit from Cerebral Ballzy.
