smlDSC_6593 Relentless have been announced as national supports for the upcoming Funeral For A Friend Australian tour in May. The Sydney-based quartet released their second full-length album Turn The Curse on January 25 via Dogfight Records and will kick off a solid season of gigging with this much sought after support slot, before heading on to the USA to play Sound And Fury and This Is Hardcore festivals.

Check out a new RVIVR song and video for the track "LMD" off upcoming album "The Beauty Between". This will be the band's second full length album having last released their debut in 2010. RVIVR also features ex members of Latterman.

Almost five years since the release of their ‘S/t’ album, Melbourne/ Newcastle folk-punk quartet Fear Like Us have finally dished up a new batch of infectious sing-a-longs, this week releasing their ‘Street Vipers’ 7″/ digital EP via Poison City.

You might know Joel Attenborough from such bands as Ballpark, Badanga, Taking Sides, Jungle Fever, Irrelevant, Old Music For Old People or the Issac Graham Band, but what you probably don't know is that he is a hot sauce baron. Joel has started up an import company called "Blast Off! Imports" inspired by the Descendents song of the same name.

smlTA3Total Attack Fest will return to Brisbane for the third year running over the weekend of May 3rd to 5th. Headlining the fest will be Sotalia from Europe along with bands from all corners of the country including Kromosom, Shackles and Deep Heat.

Sharks have announced that their new album will be titled "Selfhood" and released on April 30 through Rise Records. The band have released a new song from the album, titled ‘Portland’, which can be streamed.

Staying At Home were a three piece band based out of Sydney between 2001-2005. Most notably, the band featured Lungs frontman/guitarist Adam Lees. The band played a reunion show on March 1st at Blackwire Records in Sydney. You can stream or download the audio of the show.

The Smith Street Band and Luca Brasi are set to headline the inaugural 'All Tomorrow's Shoeys' fest, happening April 26-28 at Hobart's Brisbane Hotel. The 3 day event brings together bands from all corners of Australia.

smlTSBrisbane band THICK SKIN have announced they will be breaking up. The band released a 7 inch titled "Wolf" last year on Arrest Records, as well as contributing a song to the "Split Scene" comp. They also released a split with Melbourne band Step Down and a demo back in 2010.

smlAlk3Alkaline Trio have premiered the music video for their song ‘I, Pessimist’, featuring Rise Against frontman Tim McIlrath. The track is from their upcoming album "My Shame Is True" to be released on Epitaph Records. The album is their first proper studio album since 2010's "This Addiction".
