ANTHRAX Set To Cover ACDC For Covers EP

Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante has revealed that the group are putting together an EP to commemorate the one year anniversary of the groups latest album, “Worship Music“, which coincidentally featured a horrible cover of Refused's "New Noise". Speaking with Loudwire, he mentioned that work is still underway on the EP, which is set to arrive sometime in September.
The band are working on the following covers:
AC/DC – “T.N.T.“
Boston – “Smokin’“
Journey – “Keep On Runnin’“
Rush – “Anthem“
An additional cover Black Sabbath‘s “Neon Knights” was tracked for an upcoming Ronnie James Dio tribute.
Will these covers live up to the brillance Anthrax replicated on their cover of Trust's "Antisocial"?
