Provoked Violence Records have released a compilation of rehearsal and live recordings for Canberra band NEGATIVE MENTAL STATE.

Titled "Keeping The Neighbourhood Loud" the release is a collection of originals and cover songs and pays tribute to Sydney band A.V.O. with its artwork and title.

The band features members of Slave Birth, Thantu Thikha, and Bozo.
