Sydney punk rockers The Phosphorus Bombs have released their first single of their upcoming EP 'Blank Slates' (out July 28).

The track titled 'A Bruise' is a choice cut of punk hardcore that intervenes in your apathy. This is a plea that honesty is the only compassionate way forward.

B/W 'I Want to Conquer the World'/'Modern Man' it harkerns back to a time when punk rock had more message than mediocrity,.
Recorded at The Pet Food Factory and produced by Jay Whalley (Frenzal Rhomb), this will be the first release following their first full length ‘Cancers’ in 2017.

Raised on an overdose of breakneck riffs and charged words, The Phosphorus Bombs deliver an EP urgent in sound and message. With the release of ‘Blank Slates’, The Phosphorus Bombs have refined the elements of punk rock that we all fell in love with, from the socio-political to the self-deprecating.

Formed in 2014, the Sydney 5-piece serves as an outlet for long-time friends to get together and write the music they connected over. With members spanning continents, their music serves as a binding force to share tales of how punk rock indelibly changed them as human beings.
