Laura Palmer announce Old Souls EP and new track
It’s been a whirlwind two years for Melbourne’s Laura Palmer. Since forming in mid 2013, they have worked tirelessly to establish themselves and gain a reputation as a band to watch.
This has been achieved through relentless touring across Australia and the United States including a coveted spot at last years Big Pre-Fest in Little Ybor and The Fest in Gainesville, Florida, along with playing and touring with bands such as Off With Their Heads, Frenzal Rhomb, Paper Arms and The Slow Death.

They are currently touring throughout Europe thanks to a recent agreement with Klownhouse Tours and have just announced that they will be returning to the United States again later this month for a run of dates culminating in appearing once again at The Fest.

Following on from the self release of last years debut EP, which was mixed and mastered by Brian McTernan (Converge, Hot Water Music, Polar Bear Club) at Salad Days in Baltimore and helped the band gain airplay on national radio as well as seeing them featured as the opening track on one of the 2014 No Idea Records Fest compilations.

Laura Palmer have posted the first track off their upcoming Old Souls EP "I Hope that you remember". The release was recorded in Melbourne with Greg Allan and Mixed by J Robbins (Against Me, War On Women) at The Magpie Cage in Baltimore, MD and will be out in Australia over summer through Arrest Records Australia.
