Punch

California hardcore band PUNCH are now without a singer after the departure of Meghan O'Neil. The singer confirmed her departure, releasing a statement through the band's Facebook page. What this means for the future of the band remains to be seen.

"I want to confirm that I, Meghan, have left Punch. Thank you all so much for your support over the years. For most of my life I have been extremely shy, and writing lyrics and performing really helped me grow as a person. Thank you to anyone who ever told me what our band and my lyrics meant to you, you all mean so much to me. Thank you"

To date PUNCH have released: debut EP, "Eyeless" (2008), "Self Titled" LP (2009) and second LP "Push Pull" (2010) were joint releases on record labels 625 Thrashcore and Discos Huelga. Their 2011 EP "Nothing Lasts" was released by a partnership of 625 Thrash, Discos Huelga, and Deathwish Inc. Deathwish just recently released their latest album "They Don't Have To Believe".

PUNCH toured Austrlia during November and December of 2012.
