POISON CITY WEEKENDER FEST 2014 VENUE LINE-UPS ANNOUNCED
TICKETS ON SALE 10am Thursday April 17
Following the announcement of a massive bill for Weekender Fest 2014 last week, we’re now excited to reveal the specific line-ups for each date and venue. The party starts on Friday August 22nd at the Corner Hotel, headed up by KNAPSACK (USA) and also featuring THE BENNIES, LUCA BRASI, CLOWNS, THE GIFTHORSE and APART FROM THIS. Saturday August 23rd will be spread across two venues (a first for Weekender Fest!) with the John Curtin Hotel hosting PITY SEX (USA), POSTBLUE, INFINITE VOID, HIGH TENSION, TAPE/ OFF, FREAK WAVE and REGRETS and just a few blocks away at The Public Bar will be PAPER ARMS, GRIM FANDANGO, STOCKADES, INITIALS and new Sydney outfit DEATH MOUNTAIN (feat. members of Lungs). On Sunday August 24th the event heads West to The Reverence Hotel for a monster afternoon/ evening show featuring HARMONY, LINCOLN LE FEVRE, WIL WAGNER (The Smith Street Band), HOODLUM SHOUTS, FEAR LIKE US, TOY BOATS, CERES, MERE WOMEN, ROKU MUSIC and TED DANSON WITH WOLVES.
Tickets On Sale 10am Thursday April 17th. As usual there will be a very limited number of ‘Weekender 3 Day Passes’ available which give access to The Corner Hotel, John Curtin and Reverence shows. * Please note - does not include The Public Bar show. Tickets only available separately for this venue. ‘Weekender 3 Day Passes’ are only available ONLINE via Corner Hotel HERE, or in person at Poison City Shop (400 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy) from 10am.
