Not content with releasing a new album this year, Make Do And Mend are back with a new acoustic EP. This six song release features three acoustic versions of songs from their latest album 'End Measured Mile' as well as a cover of Touche Amore's "Home Away From Home" and two brand new songs. Fortunately songs are backed by a few other insturments such as piano and violin to make things a touch more interesting. While I'm hardly a fan of this new acoustic craze, I do find this highly listenable, maybe becasue I already knew half the songs or maybe its the soothing sound of singer James Carroll's voice.
