STICK TOGETHER "Surviving The Times" Triple B
Thursday, 03 May 2012 00:00

Follow up EP to the classic debut 7inch, “No More Games” released last year that was one of my fave releases of the year. Far from choosing to write formulatic hardcore, Stick Together really mix things up in their approach and sound different on nearly every track. The first song really has an Underdog feel to it while the third sounds like an almost direct rip off of Bold’s “Wise Up”. The title track even concludes with a shredding solo. A common theme of anti drugs / straight edge lyrics dominate on at least half of the tracks. A little less melody than their previous outing, but still another rager from Stick Together.
